With breathing and patience, we can adjust our energy. When we sense or feel a certain way that feels off or intrusive, for example. Breathe! Instead of pushing through that discomfort, pause, breathe, and listen. Maybe ask, Is this mine? If not, acknowledge that and release it. If it is yours, ask what it is and what the message is. Accept what you receive, no matter how weird or wonderful it sounds. Look at the information from all viewpoints, if there is fear or worry, release. Fear and worry are low vibrations/frequencies, along with judgment. Some confuse judgment with observation and the vocabulary used. The expansion to observation gives us a chance to release the judgment we have grown used to giving and receiving. The expansion of situations gives us multiple views and perspectives, it widens our consciousness with new understanding. When widening the view, it expands our desire to act or react in different ways or to choose not to do anything at all.

When you know your body, you will notice the signs of when to release. The changes in your body, breathing, and expanding the consciousness will help you become more whole within your physical form. You are in a relationship with your body; give it the respect of listening to it.
